April : Motivasi 'Ubah Diri'

Motivasi diri kita sekarang : 
1. Ubah gaya pakaianmu
Pakailah pakaian yg bikin anda semangat

2. Ubah gaya rambut
Contoh tadinya klimis jadi Mohawk dll

3. Percepat langkah kaki
Langkah kaki pengaruhi smgt kita

4. Stop mendengar lagu2 cengeng
Akan membuat produksi hormon serotin berkurang

5. Stop menonton tayangan2 kriminal/gosip dll
Tayangan negatif rajanya tayangan TV diIndonesia, Bad Ness is Good News
Krn. Menyebabkan produksi hormon testiteron menurun.
Hormon serotin : berfungsi mengontrol mood Dan Suasana hati .
